We are getting our office ready for our opening of May 13! We would like to answer some frequently asked questions:


We will be accepting all the insurance plans that we accepted when we were with Saltzer. So, if you receive a letter stating we no longer accept your insurance, that letter was sent out by your insurance company informing you that Dr. Hainsworth no longer accepts that insurance as a Saltzer provider (since Saltzer has closed). What they fail to mention is that he DOES accept the insurance as a Canyon Eyecare provider, so please be reassured that your insurance is still good with us.


If you already have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Hainsworth, you do not need to do anything. Your records are transferred, and that appointment date is still good. 


If you are a patient of Dr. McKinnon's, you also need to do nothing about your records. And if you have an appointment in June or later, we will most likely see you on the same date and time as your currently scheduled appointment, but if there is a conflict we will reach out to you. If you have a May appointment and have not been contacted by us yet, please call us.
